BIG IDEA #2 - In C
Grand dance and music performance
After a successful first edition in 2019, a second edition of Big Idea will follow in the Onderzeebootloods. A grand dance and music performance will be staged from 27 to 29 October, with two international companies collaborating with Rotterdam students.
The piece In C, composed in 1968 by Terry Riley, will be performed by the New York ensemble Bang On A Can All-Stars together with 20 young Rotterdam musicians. Berlin-based dance company Sasha Waltz & Guests will perform choreography to In C together with 30 young Rotterdam dancers.
